This page is a placeholder. Before launch it will be replaced with the full privacy policy, reviewed by a lawyer. The commitments below are already how the product is built.

• Calls are transcribed so Buddy can remember; the audio is deleted after each call.
• Summaries of how a person seems are shared with family only with that person's recorded agreement. Safety alerts are sent regardless, and the person is told so.
• Everything held about a person can be downloaded or permanently deleted from the family portal.
• Speech and language processing runs on servers we operate; conversations are not sent to third-party AI providers.
• No voiceprints or biometric identifiers are created.
